Baby Albert Elias Reyes, born on December 31 2023, in Temple, Texas, left this world on the same day, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be cherished. Although his time with us was short, the impact he made on his family and friends will endure for a lifetime.

The name Albert Elias Reyes was carefully chosen to honor the legacy of both of his grandfathers. From the moment his mother discovered she was expecting a child, the excitement filled their home. The subtle signs of pregnancy became apparent when her taste buds changed, preventing her from enjoying her usual cup of coffee. After a few years of anticipation, the family rejoiced when they learned that they were going to welcome a new member into their lives.

With bated breath and joyous anticipation, they awaited the news of the baby's gender. When the picture revealed that it would be a boy, the family lovingly referred to him as "the baby in green," symbolizing new life and fresh beginnings.

Albert Elias Reyes' parents lovingly planned on raising him in the Christian faith, instilling in him values of love, compassion, and kindness. Even before he took his first breath outside the womb, he was surrounded by an abundance of love and care.

The connection between Albert Elias Reyes and his parents was palpable even before his birth. His father would shower him with affection every morning before heading off to work. The baby boy reciprocated this connection by remaining constantly awake and active inside his mother's womb. Late-night conversations and readings became a cherished routine for the family as they eagerly awaited his arrival.

Throughout Erica Villanueva's pregnancy, she experienced strong cravings for hamburgers - a delightful quirk that provided light-hearted moments during those 23 weeks. It was evident that Albert Elias Reyes  already had preferences of his own.

Although Albert Elias Reyes time on earth was fleeting, his memory will forever live on in the hearts of his surviving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparent, Albert Alfredo Saldana, and his sister, Angel Lynn Reyes.

Surviving Albert Elias Villenueva are his parents, Mr. Able Reyes and Erica Villanueva, who loved him unconditionally and created a nurturing environment for him. His grandparents, Terri Villanueva, Nino Reyes Sr., and Mary Rodriguez, mourn the loss of their precious grandson. He also leaves behind two brothers, Johnathan Reyes and Michael Reyes, both of whom will forever carry the anticipation they shared with their baby brother. In addition to his human family members, he is survived by Nala, a beloved dog who provided comfort and companionship during these difficult times.

Although Albert Elias Villenueva's time with us was short-lived, the moments spent waiting for his arrival were filled with anticipation, love, and hope. His memory will forever be etched in our hearts as a reminder of the joy he brought into our lives even before he entered this world.

Farewell, dear Albert Elias Reyes. May you rest in eternal peace knowing that you were deeply loved and cherished during your time among us. Your spirit will forever be a beacon of light for those whose lives you have touched.
