Alkesia S. Robinson was found on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at her home.

Alkesia was born on December 11, 1979 to Alvin Nix & Vivian Summerville in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Cooly High School and furthered her education at Eastern Michigan University and became an English professor. 

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Alkesia is survived by one brother, Todd; three sisters, Shenieka Beattie, Kelsey Henderson, and Jasmine Teinstall.
