Services for Jimmie Harold Riley, 63, of Lampasas, Texas will be held at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 9:00am with Pastor Rick Reed officiating. 
Jimmie Riley died on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at his home.  

Jimmie Riley was born on August 30, 1957 to Claude Harold Riley and Edith Overstreet Riley in Houston, Texas. He was machinist, wartime veteran, and an amazing father who loved unconditionally. Jimmie liked model cars, loved to cook Barbeque and Gumbo. He had a natural love for water, naval boats and sea ships. He enlisted in the Navy September 6, 1974 as a water trans occupations. He served till December 5, 1977. 

Survivors include his sons Jeremy Riley and Brandon Riley; four daughters, Sharon Nunez, Misty Padilla, Joy Dennis, Rikki Leyendecker and one sister, Claudia Davis along with six grandchildren. one niece, one nephew, three great nieces, and one great nephew  

Jimmie is preceded in death by is parents. 

Services are in the care of Young's Daughters Funeral Home and Bereavement Center.

Sending prayers for the family of my cousin Jimmie Harold Riley.
Have many wonderful childhood memories of our families. We would all go camping enjoying uncle Johnny new boat horse riding or eating aunt Ediths wonderful cooking .

I would like to always remember Jimmy laughing and smiling!! He loved his family with all his heart. May God Bless and the Lord hold Jimmy in his loving arms and welcome him into heaven!! I'm so sorry for your loss. Jimmy worked with me for several years at Precise Machining Co. I wish I could have done more for him.. Thank you Jimmy for our service to this country and to me here at Precise Machining. May your family have peace and May you rest in Peace.
