Pamela Jane Taylor, affectionately known as Pam and lovingly called Nana by her grandchildren, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, after a long illness. She was born on April 20, 1961, in Galesburg, Illinois.

Pam built a life marked by dedication and perseverance. She attended Burlington Community High School in Burlington, Iowa, and later obtained her GED, an accomplishment that reflected her determination. She went on to work as a supervisor at McLane's for more than 30 years, giving decades of steady service and commitment in her career.

She will be remembered with deep love by her family. Pamela is survived by her sons, Tyrone  and his wife Shavon Wall and Joseph Lloyd; her daughter, Joy Antonie and her husband, Michael Antonie; her three brothers, Robert Wall and his wife, Becky Aragon, John Wall, Wayne Wall; her two sisters, Jannel Washington and Cheryl Sellers and her husband, Avon Sellers; and her beloved cat, Lizzy. Known to her eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren as Nana, she held a special place in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Wall; her mother, Mildred Thurman; and her brother, Kenneth Wall.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Young's Daughters Funeral Home & Bereavement Center, 4235 E. US Hwy 190, Temple, Texas 76501. Those attending are invited to wear pink or purple to celebrate her life. She has honorably donated her body to science and will be returned to the family for inurnment.

Pamela will be remembered for the love she shared with her family, her years of hard work, and the lasting place she holds in the lives of those who knew her. Her memory will be cherished always.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sabrina Young at Young's Daughters Funeral Home and Bereavement Center in Temple, TX.
