Regina Gaye Camacho

Regina Gaye Camacho, affectionately known as Gina, passed away peacefully in Temple, Texas, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. She was born on March 21, 1967, in Gatesville, Texas, and will be remembered with deep love by all who knew her.

Gina’s life was centered on family, and her memory will remain a lasting blessing to those closest to her. She is survived by her son, Gabriel Camacho, and by her two daughters, Natasha Camacho and Elissia Lizardo. She also leaves behind her two sisters, Laurine Dawkins and Lily Speir, whose bond with her was part of the fabric of her life.

Her love extends through the generations in the lives of her cherished grandchildren, Bella, Chloe, Braylon, Brooklyn, Bailee, Dakota, Johnny, and Camden. Each of them carries forward a part of her presence, and they will continue to hold her in their hearts with tenderness and pride.

Gina was preceded in death by her father, Carl Hudspeth, and her mother, Josette (Moore) Hudspeth. Their memory remained part of her story, and now she rests in peace with those who went before her.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a graveside service on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Holland Cemetery, 11450 Holland Cemetery Rd, Holland, Texas 76534.

Regina Gaye Camacho will be remembered for the love she gave, the family she treasured, and the place she holds in the hearts of those who survive her. May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who mourn her passing.
