Stover Barrett

December 13, 2023 — December 13, 2023

Stover Barrett, a precious baby represented by the color yellow, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2023. He was born on the same day, entering this world in the comfort of his home in Temple. Stover was the youngest member of his loving family, who eagerly welcomed him with open arms.

From the moment Stover's sister Piper demonstrated an old wives' tale to predict their mother's pregnancy, the family's excitement grew exponentially. Curious about the possibility of a new addition to their clan, Stover's mother decided to take a pregnancy test and was pleasantly surprised when it came back positive. The Barrett family embraced this news wholeheartedly, eagerly anticipating Stover's arrival.

Stover brought immense joy and anticipation to his parents, Mr. John Barrett and Kaitlyn (Carducci) Barrett. They were proud to have desired a large family that included Stover, who would have been baby number four. Despite their immense sorrow at his untimely passing, they cherished every moment they had with him.

Stover is survived by his grieving parents; his grandparents, Jim and Susie Carducci, Lynn Barrett, David and Deborah Barrett; his older brother Gage Reid Pennington; as well as his two adoring sisters, Lacey Reagan Pennington and Piper Claire Barrett. Their love for Stover is immeasurable, and he will be deeply missed by each one of them.

Though Stover's time with us was brief, he touched the lives of those around him in profound ways. His family anticipated the thought of watching him grow into hand-me-down outfits from his brother Gage.

Despite the sorrow that fills our hearts at this difficult time of loss, let us remember Stover for the joy he brought into this world during his short life. May we find solace in knowing that he is now resting peacefully, forever cradled in the love of his family and friends.

As we bid farewell to this precious soul, let us treasure the memories we shared with him and keep his spirit alive in our hearts.

Rest in peace, dear Stover Barrett. We will forever cherish the time we had with you and hold your memory close. Until we meet again, may your spirit soar high like a ray of sunlight, bringing warmth and love to all who knew you.
