Susan Elaine Trussell

Susan Elaine Trussell passed away peacefully on October 31, 2026, in Temple, Texas. She was born on May 18, 1964, in Frankfurt, Germany.

Susan was a woman of learning, determination, and strength. She graduated from high school and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology, followed by a master’s degree from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. Her education reflected both her commitment to her field and the steady purpose with which she approached life.

She will be remembered as a very strong and independent woman, as well as a great friend and co-worker to those who knew her. Her presence left a lasting impression on the people around her, and she was valued for both her personal strength and the friendships she shared.

Susan is survived by her brother, Steven Trussell and his wife, Amy, and by her dear friend, Nancy Miller. The relationships she held throughout her life were meaningful and enduring, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Trussell, and her mother, Carol Trussell.

Susan Elaine Trussell will be remembered with respect, affection, and gratitude for the life she lived and the many lives she touched.
