Services for Zowie Brianna Trevino, 19, of Troy, Texas will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 12th at Young's Daughters Funeral Home and Bereavement Center with Pastor Rudy Diaz officiating.

Zowie Brianna Trevino died on Thursday, June 3, 2021 in Troy, Texas

Zowie B. Trevino was born on June 6, 2001 to Abraham Trevino and LaDusta Teal Trevino in Cameron, Texas. Zowie was a member of Leo's club, the children's club of the Lions Club. She was a leader even from a young age. She graduated from Troy High School in 2019. Ms. Trevino furthered her education at GUACA to obtain her Certified Nursing Assistants certificate. She was a daddy's girl and showed it by working in the family business known as T-Boys Lawn Care. She had a big heart and learned to love everyone. She stood for universal equality. She wasn't afraid to display her thoughts, theories and standings.

Survivors include grandfather, Robert Trevino; grandfather, Kenneth Ray Teal, grandmother Violet Gill, Father, Abraham Trevino, Mother, LaDusta Teal Trevino, Boyfriend, Andrew Bowman, two girlfriends, Alexys Hendricks and Parker Cooper,  Son, Myles Reed Grider, two brothers, Abraham Trevino Jr and wife Lesly Castillo, Santos Trevino and wife Alize Ramirez Trevino; three sisters, Laci Marie Donaldson, Raven Aguilar and husband Joe, Elayna Hope Trevino along with several nieces and nephews to include, Athena Rose-lee Huffman, Lane Richard Davis, Aliyah Aguliar, Roman Aguilar, Mariyah Trevino. 

She is preceded in death by a grandmother Joann Trevino. 

In Lieu of Flowers please make a memorial donation to defray the funeral expenses. The family is wishing for support to honor their daughter by wearing colorful attire for her luau celebration of life service. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 11th from 6:00 - 9:00 pm with Testimony hour at 8:00pm in the Young's Daughters Chapel. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Sabrina Young at Young's Daughters Funeral Home.

The yellow butterfly symbolizes hope and guidance. ... It was the symbol of the soul in early Christianity. It also means the soul is at peace when flying near the departed and in the Native American culture the butterfly is a valued symbol which brings guidance and a sign of hope.
