Walk with a Family Service Advocate Level III- an educational walk to explain situational awareness with End of Life Planning, discussion about topics can overlap with Legacy Planning, Advance Directives, Coping Classes, Caregiver Resources, Bereavement classes, planning a specialized funeral plan.
