Losing someone you love is a devastating experience.  It can be very traumatic and seriously impact one’s judgment.  Therefore, it is important to be realistic with respect to funeral expenditures.

One of the most important responsibilities we have to each family we are privileged to serve is to listen and bring your emotional and financial needs together, whatever the circumstances may be.  We do not want your choices to be more than is affordable, nor less then you would like to arrange.  We will listen to your needs.  We pride ourselves on not offering “packages” where families are only allowed to purchase from those packages and may not want or need something that is included in that package.  We prefer to offer a range of a La Carte Services and merchandise so that families are only selecting those items which they desire. 

We understand the importance of a meaningful service and are here to assist you in any way we can.  As part of our consultation with your family, we will discuss the different available payment options.  Our goal is to ensure  that the services and merchandise you select will be in keeping with your wishes, as well as your budget. 

Young's Daughters Funeral Home and Bereavement Center has established the following uniform payment policy.  This payment policy enables us to keep the cost down for all the families we serve, as well as treat everyone fairly.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Check (Will need to be verified by the bank over the phone)
  • Insurance Assignment 
    • Some insurance companies has a filing fee. If this reflects with your company then it will be added to overall costs. 
    • We accept insurance policy assignment, under the following conditions: 
      • The policy must be verified by our staff to be in force
      • The policy must be assignable, and payable to Young’s Daughters Funeral Home 
    • A Third Party Securement company may be needed to file for your insurance if this to occur, their fee will be added to your overall costs. 
  • Credit Card 
    • If the family opts to use a credit card for payment, charges will incur a 3% service fee to cover the fees assessed by the credit card company.
  • Lending USA Deposits
    • You may apply for a Loan through www.Lendingusa.com ( takes 30 seconds for approval or denial after you input your information)
    • You will use the code Youngs Daughters Funeral Home 
    • Purpose  (in the drop down menu click on: Funeral)
    • You will need a credit score of 620 or higher with a current job 
  • CrowdFunding
    • Our Funeral Home will set up an account at the Funeral Home
    • Guest may call the Funeral Home to pay
    • Guest may come into the Funeral Home to pay
    • Guest may go online into the app and pay 
    • The overall bill amount will be stated publicly and once it has been paid in full up to the bill amount the Funeral Home will not longer accept funds. 
    • We then close the account and list the names, addresses and phone numbers to the next of kin with the permission of the guest payee to give to the next of kin

**We do not finance or extend credit.  If a long-term payment plan is desired, a bank, credit union or loan company of the families choice shall be used to provide payment.**

Young’s Daughters Funeral Home reserves the right to charge 1% per month for any charges not paid within 30 days.  If you anticipate a problem or difficulty in meeting these obligations, please feel free to discuss your situation with your funeral service provider.
